By requesting a reservation, you are agreeing to the following policies.

Rentals are not officially reserved until payment has been received. Door codes and studio access/sound system instructions will be provided prior to your rental Rentals can be canceled with a full refund with at least 72 hrs notice or canceled with their fees credited towards a future session with at least 24 hrs notice (aside from extreme weather or other emergencies). Rentals include use of the sound system in the price Table, chair, or lighting rentals will be priced according to the needs of the rental. Renters must follow all opening/closing procedures exactly, including putting the thermostat back on schedule and locking the door when leaving at the end of their rental.
